1. You can cancel/ edit any orders within 12 hours from the time of order confirmation. There will be a non-refundable handling fee of Rs.75 + tax per product. You can cancel/ edit your orders by sending an email along with your Order# to contact@dejay.in from your registered email address.
2. Beyond 12 hours, we will not be able to cancel/ edit your order.
3. We will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation/ Edit request. Upon confirmation, you will be notified via email.
4. After confirmation of the Cancellation request, your order amount after deducting the handling fee will be refunded to the bank account from which you made the order within 7 working days subject to the policy of your Bank.
5. After confirmation of the Edit request, your order will be shipped within 2 days if the new amount is less than or equal to the already paid amount. In case of the new amount is less than the old amount, the excess amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days. If the new amount is more than the already paid amount, you need to pay for the difference (our customer executive will guide you) after which your order will be shipped.
6. We may at any time, at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision by writing to your registered email ID. In the event of any such cancellation, you may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable or request for the refund the amount to your bank account.
