Shop with confidence! If you find a quality issue (deviation in a specification beyond the tolerance range stated) you can get a replacement/refund.
We will accept Replacement/ Refund of an Item only if the following conditions are met:
- We need email to “contact@dejay”.from your registered email address of any complaints within 24 hours of delivery (delivery date being the first day)
- It is the first time you are returning the order for size/colour (we don’t exchange/replace the same order twice).
- The tags and labels on the item should be intact.
- The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.
- The Product should be returned along with the original packaging.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s evident that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
- We do replacement of a product in the same category/style.
- We do refunds only in genuine cases of defective products and if we cannot send you a replacement due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The refund will be sent to the account/card that you made the payment from.
- In the event of our verification, if it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts.
